After you have received a quote, I require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking and secure your date. The deposit is non refundable. The balance is due no later than one week before the booking via bank deposit. Please note once you have paid your deposit and your booking is confirmed this means that you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
If the client cancels an appointment within ten working days of their booking a 50% cancellation fee is payable, if the client cancels on the day 100% payment is due.
If a client cancels a wedding within eight weeks of the booking 100% is payable, anything before that and after 1 month 50% is payable. If the client cancels soon after the booking (within month) there is an administration fee of $80..
All amendments to bookings can generally be fitted in and I’m happy to try my best to work around any changes. However I need any changes confirmed 2 weeks before the event for the timing of your day.
Travel is inclusive for the first 20 kilometres from Avondale, Auckland to the booking location. For bookings beyond 20 kilometres from Avondale, Auckland there is a charge of $90 cents per kilometre.
Early morning fee
Should I need to be on location before 8am there will be a fee of $40 per hour.
